Website privacy at Milestones

When you request a tour

The form collects your contact details, program interests, planned enrollment timing, tour preferences and any questions you choose to share. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and arrange a visit.

You can also share your general area and family plans, such as moving to Phoenix or considering a school transfer.

The school director reviews tour requests, coordinates visits and follows up with families. Authorized website administration may access relevant information for technical support and reporting.

Please leave student records, medical details and other sensitive information out of the tour form. Requesting a tour does not enroll your child.

How families find us

You can tell us how you heard about Milestones. An inquiry may also include referral and campaign categories, such as a search engine or a link from our Google Business Profile, when available. These help us understand which outreach brings families to the school.

With analytics allowed, the website remembers these categories during your browsing session. If you decline, it does not save them in browser storage; source information available on the tour page may still accompany an inquiry you submit.

Analytics and browser storage

Wix hosts this website and processes tour submissions through Wix Forms. These services process information needed to deliver the website, protect forms and respond to requests, including browser and network information.

Optional Wix Analytics and Google Analytics help us understand visits and actions such as opening school documents or viewing calendar information. Our custom engagement events use fixed labels, rather than your contact details, form answers or the words you enter in website search.

Optional analytics starts only if you allow it. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or requesting a tour. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months, and you can change it at any time.

Read Wix’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for information about those providers.

Records and your questions

We use tour-request information to respond to inquiries and manage visits. School recordkeeping requirements may require certain information to be retained. Contact the school if you would like to correct your information or ask about retention or removal.

Changing your analytics choice stops future optional tracking in this browser. It does not withdraw a tour request or erase information already submitted.

Other websites

Links to maps, social media and enrollment services take you to other providers. Their own privacy notices apply when you use those services.
