Tuition-free elementary charter school in Phoenix
Strong foundations, caring teachers and small classes, from the first days of Kindergarten through fifth grade.
A foundation for learning and character
Milestones combines high academic standards with a focus on character and the whole child. Small classes and individualized instruction help teachers support children as they build foundational skills.
A campus tour is a chance to ask about your child’s grade, classroom routines and how teachers communicate with families. Meet our elementary teachers.
What does the school day look like?
The charter academic day runs from 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Check the school calendar for early-release days, holidays and breaks.
Paid Extended Day care is available before school from 7:30–8:15 a.m. and after school from 3:20–5:30 p.m. Students present during these times are charged. Read the care answer and find the fee schedule.
Everyday questions for elementary families
Uniforms and meals
K–8 students wear uniforms Monday–Thursday, with Friday free dress under the school’s dress code. Read the uniform guidelines. Families may use the school lunch program or send a packed lunch under the handbook’s food rules. See meal prices and eligibility information.
Working with your child’s teacher
The handbook asks families to support daily, uninterrupted study time at home. Read the schoolwork guidance. Parent–teacher conferences are scheduled in October and March, with additional meetings by arrangement. See conference details.
Applying for Kindergarten or an elementary grade
Use the new-family application if your family has never had a Milestones student. Current and former families use the returning-family login. Contact the office for current openings and waitlists; an application does not guarantee a place.
