Learning and growing together
Milestones’ preschool program combines teacher-directed and child-directed activities. Children practice cognitive and social-emotional skills, fine and gross motor development, with limited screen time and age-appropriate expectations.
Placement depends on age, date of birth and, for some programs, developmental milestones such as toilet training. Children enroll in a program for the school year and do not move classes on their birthdays. Ask the office which program fits your child.
What do children learn in Twos, Threes and Kindergarten Prep (KPrep)?
Twos: language and everyday skills
Story time, music, movement and group play help children build vocabulary and express feelings. Teachers introduce colors, shapes, letters and numbers while supporting self-help skills such as dressing, hygiene and toilet training.
Threes: discovery and independence
Circle time, books and classroom activities build early literacy. Sorting, patterns and counting introduce math and science, while children practice being part of a classroom community. The Threes program requires children to be fully toilet trained, without diapers or pull-ups.
Kindergarten Prep (KPrep)
KPrep uses a phonics-based curriculum with literacy, math, science and social studies activities. Hands-on learning, movement and classroom routines help children prepare for their school-age years.
Choose a schedule for your family
The published 2026–2027 schedule offers five-day programs with 10-month and 12-month options.

- 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Full-day and extended-day Twos and Threes programs include a daily nap. KPrep includes quiet time after lunch. Check the school calendar for closures and the tuition schedule for pickup policies and additional charges.
Preschool tuition and fees
Preschool is a paid program, separate from Milestones’ tuition-free K–8 charter school. Tuition depends on your child’s program and schedule. Read the full schedule for monthly payments, registration fees, discounts and withdrawal terms.

These are monthly installments toward annual tuition for five-day programs. The 12-month program has separate July and June payments listed in the full schedule. Tuition is not reduced for school breaks.
The registration fee is $150 per child for continuous enrollment. A $75 reenrollment fee applies after withdrawal. Families with more than one child paying monthly preschool tuition receive a 10% discount on the monthly total; this does not apply to K–8 Extended Day fees. Additional care, late pickup and withdrawal charges may apply.

Staying connected
Preschool families use ProCare for daily sign-in and sign-out, tuition payments and communication with preschool teachers. New families receive an invitation from the school.
